North Pointe is a single-family detached subdivision with no attached or multi-family product. Floor plans run to two-story and ranch designs, with homesites offered in wooded, walkout, and cul-de-sac configurations. Arlinghaus floor plans built here include the Lancaster and Jefferson. Newly constructed homes have been published by the builder in the $380,000s to $500,000s; resale pricing varies by plan, lot type, and finished lower-level square footage. Walkout lots command a premium over flat sites, and the wooded perimeter homesites back to green space rather than to neighboring rear yards.
North Pointe was developed and built by Arlinghaus Builders, a Northern Kentucky builder operating since 1974 and headquartered at 142 Barnwood Drive, Edgewood, KY 41017. The community is a single-builder neighborhood, which means exterior styles, material standards, and setbacks are consistent across phases rather than varying lot to lot. Arlinghaus maintains a model home at 2115 Madison Drive inside the subdivision, and publishes the recorded homesite plat and the covenants — including a later recorded amendment — on its community page for the neighborhood.
North Pointe includes a community swimming pool at 1401 Northpointe Boulevard, approximately 200 acres of green space, and a tree-lined boulevard entry along Northpointe Boulevard. Sidewalks and multi-use paths connect the residential streets to the neighborhood park and to North Pointe Elementary School without requiring travel on North Bend Road. The pool is a community facility governed by the homeowners association rather than a public facility.
North Pointe Park is a Boone County–owned park of roughly 19 acres located at 1420 Northpointe Boulevard, directly behind North Pointe Elementary School. Amenities include a playground, a picnic shelter, and a quarter-mile paved walking trail with exercise stations along the route. Portions of the park sit on the school campus and are intended for use outside school hours. The park is operated by Boone County Parks and Recreation, reachable at 859-334-2117. Giles Conrad Park, a 43-acre Boone County park with Ohio River overlooks, a paved trail, a basketball court, and fitness stations, is a short drive northeast at 7500 River Road in Hebron.
North Pointe is served by the Boone County School District. As of the date this page was last updated, assigned schools include North Pointe Elementary School (875 North Bend Road, Hebron, grades PK–5), Conner Middle School (3300 Cougar Path, Hebron, grades 6–8), and Conner High School (3310 Cougar Path, Hebron, grades 9–12). North Pointe Elementary sits inside the subdivision itself, and Conner Middle and Conner High share a single campus on Cougar Path along with the Boone County Area Technology Center. School assignments are subject to change. Buyers should verify current assignments directly with the Boone County School District before making any purchasing decisions based on school information.
North Pointe sits off North Bend Road (KY 237) in Hebron, less than three miles from Interstate 275 at Exit 8. KY 237 runs north past the west side of Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport to KY 8 (River Road), and south through Burlington toward Florence. Approximate drive distances from the subdivision:
KY 212 (the airport connector) and KY 20 (Petersburg Road) provide additional routes toward the terminal and the river communities. A planned I-275 interchange at Graves Road in Hebron has been identified by Boone County as a project intended to reduce congestion on KY 237.
North Pointe is governed by a homeowners association operating under recorded declarations of covenants, conditions, and restrictions, with a subsequent recorded amendment. Both documents are published by Arlinghaus Builders on the community's page. Association assessments fund the community pool and the maintenance of common green space and entry landscaping; North Pointe Park itself is county-owned and is not an association expense. Because dues, transfer fees, and architectural review requirements change over time, buyers should request the current association budget, resale disclosure, and rules package during the inspection period rather than relying on figures quoted in a listing.
